About Me

Handmade By Isobel was set up by myself, Isobel Burch, in 2010. 

The idea for the business came about after my husband, Michael Burch successfully started a wedding website, Book Your Wedding.

Michael and I got married in September 2008, and I thoroughly enjoyed planning every aspect of our wedding. 

Being a creative person, I had always wanted to run my own business either making cards for all occasions, or specialising in a certain industry within these.

I'd always been known for my creative streak, and tried my hand at craft projects over the years, and felt that Wedding Stationery was where my creative talent really shone through.

Running my own business allows me to fulfil my creative ideas, demonstrated in my beautiful designs.  It also enables me to work with couples getting married, on a more personal level, and ensure they get all the attention they deserve.
